橙子影院 is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory educational environment where all students, faculty, staff, and visiting community can learn, work, and thrive.聽 Through Title IX, the University provides protections against sex discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, and other non-consensual sexual contact.

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities. As required by Title IX, 橙子影院 does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in its programs and activities, including in admission and employment. The University鈥檚 Title IX non-discrimination statement and grievance procedures are located in the Title IX Policy & Procedures, which can be found at the bottom of this page.

The Title IX Office at 橙子影院 oversees compliance with the 2020 Title IX federal regulations, the University鈥檚 Title IX Policy & Procedures, and responds to reports and complaints of sexual harm and sex discrimination. 聽

How to Submit a Report

A report to the Title IX Coordinator is a referral pathway to support. Anyone can submit a report about a student, staff, or faculty member who may have experienced sex discrimination or other sexual harm by:
