Parking FAQs

If you are a student or employee, you can log into your Blackboard account and under CU Resources, click on register your vehicle or you can register from the Parking Services website. Temporary vehicles, replacement vehicles or other special circumstances will require you to come to Parking Services office to register. Visitors must come to the Parking Services office. Students and employees must present a 橙子影院 ID to pick up permits.

All permits must be permanently affixed to the outside, back windshield, lower left corner. Convertibles must display the parking decal on the left rear bumper.聽 Only the current permit is to be displayed; all others must be removed. Please remove the old permit and clean thoroughly before placing the new permit. Replacements for lost permits will be charged to your account.

Yes, all state issued handicap placards and plates should be registered with Parking Services.聽 Please email parking@campbell.edu or call 910-893-1550 for details.

You must remove the parking permit, from the vehicle, that you will no longer drive to campus and return the permit to Parking Services to get a replacement at no charge. If the permit is not returned, a replacement will be charged to your account.

Students/Employees who have a registered vehicle and will be using a different vehicle for a short period of time (up to 2 weeks), there is no charge for a temporary permit. Please stop by Campus Safety with your Campbell ID and vehicle information.

The most frequent citations issued include:

  1. Not registering your vehicle and displaying a current permit.
  2. Parking in lots or spaces not permitted to your specific permit.
  3. Parking in reserved spaces : F/S, Visitor, Timed, and coned or blocked off spaces or lots.
  4. Parking in handicapped spaces without a placard or using a placard that is not issued to you. Handicapped spaces are state mandated and enforceable by Harnett County Sheriff鈥檚 Department as well.

You can be cited for more than one violation at a time. Parking Rules and Regulations are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whether class is in session or not.

If this situation occurs, please contact Parking Services.聽 Depending on the situation, you may need to return the permit in exchange for a different permit.

All appeals must be filed online from the Campus Safety and Parking Services聽website. The appeal must be submitted within 5 business days of the date the citation was issued. A person must have the citation number available when submitting an appeal.聽 Appeal decisions are final.

Employees and student citation fines are automatically charged to their financial account held with the Bursar’s Office.聽 Please pay all fines at the Bursar’s Office.

Visitors should stop by Campus Safety for a Visitor鈥檚 Parking Permit. Campus Safety is open 24/7 for your convenience. Visitors should avoid reserved spaces, faculty/staff lots, fire lanes or other restricted areas on campus. If you receive a citation, please appeal online using your phone number in place of the Campbell ID #.

Vehicles are identified by permit and license plate numbers. Please email parking@campbell.edu to update your license plate information.

Please stop by Parking Services for a 30 day temporary parking permit. After you receive your permanent plate, please register online and pick up your permit at Parking Services.

For Graduate and Online Students

Only if you will be parking the vehicle on the 橙子影院 Main/Medical campus. If you are taking online courses, temporary permits are available when visiting main campus.

Yes. Commuting聽 students may register 2 vehicles.

When you register, you will receive an email with directions of when and where you may pick it up.
