Bill Clearance

Effective fall 2024, schedules will be dropped for students who do not obtain Bill Clearance by their program’s deadline.聽 Bill Clearance must be obtained each semester.

Required Each Semester

The must be signed each semester and is located in the Student Finance section of the self-service portal.聽 By signing this form, the student acknowledges and accepts their financial responsibility to 橙子影院. Students are encouraged to read this agreement and contact the 橙子影院 Bursar鈥檚 Office with any questions.

The will tell the Bursar鈥檚 Office how you intend to pay your student account balance each semester. Use the comment section to provide additional details regarding scholarships and/or aid that are not yet showing on the student account.

Pay in full or set up a TouchNet payment plan if your financial aid or third-party assistance will not cover your whole balance.聽 All account balances from a prior semester, fines, or fees must also be paid in full.

Undergraduate Students:

Payment is due by August 5 for fall and January 5 for spring for any balance not covered by financial aid.聽 A payment plan can be set up through the student鈥檚 TouchNet Portal but the first payment must be received in order to obtain bill clearance.聽聽

Graduate/Professional Students:

Payment is due before the first day of class for any balance not covered by financial aid.聽 A payment plan can be set up through the student鈥檚 TouchNet Portal but the first payment must be received in order to obtain bill clearance.聽聽

Other Important Items to Complete

First Semester

These items need to be completed once for your first semester:

FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) is a Federal law that protects the confidentiality of student information.聽 More specifically, FERPA protects personally identifiable information in students鈥� education records from disclosure without written consent unless an exception to the consent requirement applies.聽聽

Our offices will only release information to those individuals specified on the student’s completed FERPA form.聽 The form must be completed by the student.

Want your refund faster?聽 Sign up for eRefunds in TouchNet to receive a direct deposit instead of a paper check.聽 It eliminates the risk of your refund being lost or returned, you will receive it faster, and an email will be sent when the refund is processed.聽

  1. Follow the link below and click “Continue to Payment Center” to redirect to TouchNet.
  2. Select the 鈥淓nroll in eRefunds鈥� link in the box on the right of the screen.
  3. Complete the 2-step verification profile.
  4. Enter your bank account and routing numbers.聽 *Please enter info slowly to ensure accuracy.聽

Students may add authorized users in TouchNet to give designated individuals access to view billing and make online payments.聽聽

  1. Follow the link below and click “Continue to Payment Center” to redirect to TouchNet.
  2. Click “Authorized Users” and “Add Authorized User”
  3. Enter the individual’s email address聽
  4. Select which items you wish to give them access to
  5. Click “Continue” and agree to the terms
  6. The individual will receive an email to use for login

橙子影院 uses Magnus Health, a student medical record tracking system. After you have completed your requirements for Admissions, you will receive an email notification through your Campbell email address with instructions on how to complete and submit your health information to Magnus Health.聽

The first step to receiving financial aid is submitting your聽. The FAFSA is the only application 橙子影院 accepts to begin the financial aid process.

橙子影院 requires all full-time main campus undergraduate, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (CPHS), and School of Osteopathic Medicine (CUSOM) students to either submit a waiver with proof of existing coverage or enroll in the student insurance plan each academic year.聽 International Students are required to enroll in the student insurance plan.聽聽

Main campus undergraduate (MCUG) and Adult & Online Education (AOE) students only:

Camel Direct Textbook Rental program is through the university Barnes & Noble Bookstore.聽 It provides required textbooks, lab manuals, and computer codes for an affordable flat rate per semester.聽

MCUG: Reserve Books

Students must register their vehicle with Parking Services.聽 Failure to properly display a current parking sticker and follow regulations will result in citations that will be billed to the student’s fines and fees account.

Sign up for Emergency Alerts to be notified in the event of a campus emergency.聽 Review your subscription each year and add/remove contact info at your discretion.
