FERPA

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, 20 U.S.C. 搂 1232g (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the confidentiality of student information.聽 More specifically, FERPA protects personally identifiable information in students鈥 education records from disclosure without written consent unless an exception to the consent requirement applies.聽

The FERPA form can be obtained in person at the Office of Financial Aid听辞谤 Bursar’s Office.
